J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for disbursement of monetary benefits due to her, in the light of Ext.P7 judgment of this Court.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the controversies relating to the claim of the petitioner have been settled by this Court in Ext.P7 judgment from which there was a Writ Appeal and the Writ Appeal has also been dismissed.

3. Learned Government Pleader submitted that all the arrear bills pending have been approved and the amounts also will be disbursed to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though certain bills have been approved, no payments have been effected so far. In that view of the matter, there will be a direction to the .respondents 1 and 2 to see that all the due claims are settled and the amounts are disbursed expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of one month.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
