The petitioner is working as Higher Secondary School Teacher (Commerce) in the C.M.S. Higher Secondary School, Kuzhikala in Pathanamthitta District. The relevant Government Orders have been produced as Exts.P2 to P5. 3. It is pointed out in paragraph 6 of the writ petition that the application of Special Allowances of the petitioner submitted with the letter dated 23.10.2007 of the Principal is pending with the Director of Higher Secondary Education for want of clarifications from the Government. Ext.P6 is the said communication. Thereafter, the Principal has forwarded the request of the petitioner as evident from Exts.P7 and P7(a). . There will be a direction to the Government to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7(a) within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after notice to the petitioner.
