The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to implement Ext.P1 order passed by the Additional Director of Public Instruction (Academic). She was working as Lower Primary School Assistant in the school managed by the 5th respondent from 15.07.2006.

2. Learned Government Pleader on getting instructions submitted that implementation of Ext.P1 is stayed by the Government in a revision petition filed by the Manager of the school and the revision petition itself is posted for hearing on 22.09.2011.

In that view of the matter, as the Government has already entertained the revision petition, at this stage this Court will not be justified in issuing any direction. While hearing the revision petition, the petitioner will also be heard. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
